Goodfellas (1990)
There's something about Goodfellas that makes me want to be there with them?. I know, sounds crazy. All of my favorites that I watch over and over again all have one common thread: the first time I saw them I wanted to BE in that movie — not as an actor, but as part of the story. —laraclucru

The Shawshank Redemption (1994)
I think I've watched Shawshank Redemption at least 100 times. Something about that movie always sucks me in. I own it but when it's on TV I always end up watching it. —kate

Dr. Strangelove, or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964)
Ah, Dr. Strangelove?one of my all-time faves. The best time I watched this was one morning at work (I work in an electronics department of a department store) and I found it while I was looking for something to leave on whilst I set up the area for the day. I had like 15 people come up and thank me for putting that on, because they loved it so much. After that was over, I had to put Transformers on. God, that was painful. —Laura
4
The Silence of the Lambs (1991)
It's my go to comfort horror movie. It's my perfect nap movie. I've seen it so many times I can recite entire monologues by heart! I love Hannibal Lecter. Best. Villain. Ever! —Eve Picard
5
Conan the Barbarian (1982)
There's just something about that movie. The epic feel, the adventure, the philosophy, the performances, the odd mix of fantasy and history. An amazing score, set design, and cinematography, and Arnold punches out a camel! —MrB
6
All About Eve (1950)
I remember being a kid and being pissed that my grandmother was making me watch this black and white movie, All About Eve. Now I watch it all the time, and it is our bonding experience every time she comes to visit. —Shelly

Clue (1985)
When I was roughly 11 or 12 and had a nasty cold and confined to my room for days, my parents moved a VCR into my room to entertain me. I watched our version of Clue, taped off of Comedy Central, about three times (at least) a day. I watched it a zillion more times after that and I probably used to have the whole film memorized. Now I pop out the DVD fairly frequently. —Sarah El

The Goonies (1985)
I've seen The Goonies so many times that I can fall asleep in the middle of it mouthing along to the dialogue, wake up, and still be in the right spot of the script 30 or 60 minutes later. It's the first movie I vividly remember seeing in a theater as a kid and I grew up just 60 miles south of where it was filmed. —jrm
9
Varsity Blues (1999)
Maybe it's James Van Der Beek's atrocious Texas accent, but every time Varsity Blues comes on TNT, I end up watching the entire movie?even if I miss appointments, school meetings, dates, etc. —random00b
10
The Princess Bride (1987)
Absolutely one of the most quotable films of all time. From the romantic score to the hysterically dry wit in the characters, I can't get enough. —KatyCharles

Breaking Away (1979)
I discovered this film in 1993 when I was a freshman in high school. It was on late one night and I stayed up past my bedtime to watch it because I'd read something favorable about it. The next morning I was up early and riding my bike around the neighborhood, much to my parents' surprise. Watching Breaking Away practically makes me feel the way its protagonist feels while casually cycling alone, arms outspread, grinning from ear to ear. —Keil Shults

The Last of the Mohicans (1992)
I love the part where his hair and her hair are all lovely and just one beautiful joined bunch of wavy locks. Plus the cinematography is gorgeous and the dialog offers terrific one-liners. Every time I get ready to separate from my husband in a crowd I still say (in a stilted trying-to-sound-American voice), ''I will find you!'' —machunny

Die Hard (1988)
John McClane is my hero. ''Come out to the coast?. We'll get together?have a few laughs.'' That is exactly what I hope I would say if trapped by terrorists in an air duct. —Jeff Chiplook

Fight Club (1999)
When my mom saw it for the first time, she told me I must have something wrong with me because I can watch it 24/7. —Allie

Back to the Future (1985)
I can watch the Back to the Future trilogy on a continual loop. From the magical cast, the theme music, the attention to detail past, present, and future, to the sci-fi theme packaged into a story about the love of family, to the pop cultural references to the '80s, to the immensely quotable scripts–there is just something about this movie series that gets me every single time.
What I wouldn't do to have Robert Zemeckis stop making mo-cap movies and to return to live-actor movies with heart. I wish Spielberg and Bob Gale would sit him down and have an intervention!! —Jesse

Best in Show (2000)
I can quote almost every line, but I have actually met some people that just don't find it funny at all. Needless to say, those people didn't become my close friends. When Eugene Levy says that he ''was born with two left feet'' and the camera pans down to his two left feet, I laugh until I cry. My face hurts after I finish this movie. —cookie

Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992)
When I lived in Hungary in the early '90s, every weekend a Budapest cinema played Bram Stoker's Dracula at midnight, which we watched whilst swilling vbk (cola and red wine) each time "blood" was mentioned or shown. Good times. —Miya
