Nashville is going out with a bang … and a blonde?

The beloved series, which returns for its final eight episodes on June 7, premiered a new trailer during the CMT Awards, and from the looks of it, it’s not holding back. Will’s dealing with the medical ramifications of his onstage collapse, while his bandmates find themselves in the middle of a new love triangle. Then there’s Juliette, who’s being held hostage by a cult in South America. Also? She’s pregnant.

But perhaps the biggest shocker of them all has to do with a returning face. In the final moments of the trailer, Deacon appears to see a blonde figure, at which point he asks, “Is this real?” All signs point to the person being Rayna Jaymes, but considering she’s dead, well, there are a lot of questions that the show now has eight episodes to answer.

Nashville kicks off its final run on Thursday, June 7 at 9 p.m. ET on CMT.
